Hi! My name is Steve Brown although some call me Bonez. I began my mineral collection as a kid picking up chunks of granite and milky quartz in the parking lots of Denver to put on my windowsill. My childhood appreciation for the world around me later guided my studies at the University of Colorado through life science and social studies. As I entered the “Real World” the expectations of a “normal life” led to many distractions that seemed to dilute and distract from my desire to experience the ineffable. I’ve always dreamed of living a life guided by passion and I never felt in flow on the nine-to-five grind. Yet the Journey of Life often leads to things we can’t predict. So many of us seem to lose our childhood sense of awe and wonder, but there is something about treasures from the Earth that captures the imagination. For that reason I often feel like the crystals found me, and with this gift of access it’s clear that my duty is to share with others the love of the Universe through crystals. I’ve found the best way to do that is via live feeds where I can share my own excitement and energy while also helping others find their own connection to the crystals and its global community.
